I’ve been cooking since I was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter. I’m always learning new recipes and eager to try new things! I have gotten into sourdough and do a lot of baking with that. I do a lot of standard home style dishes like chicken with potatoes and broccoli, but I also do fun dishes like thick pork chops with home made brown sugar garlic sauce! I home make anything I possibly can. From mayonnaise to my own mozzarella cheese. I love to serve food with the lowest ingredient list possible.
How does it work?
We set up an in person interview or an interview over the phone. I personally think in person is more fun as I get to know you better, but I’m very flexible with what works best for my clients. During that initial interview we can see if my service is what you’re looking for and go over my rates. Then we can schedule a time to do a second interview/mock cook day. I’ll go over to your house and cook you a meal off of a list of sample meals that I will make based off of what I think you’ll like. It will cost reimbursement for food, and if you like it and would like to keep the meal, I also charge reimbursement for the container I’m going to be putting it into.
After those go well, I’ll create a menu every week that accommodates your allergies, dietary restrictions and foods you like or don’t like. I’ll go over once a week on an agreed upon day and spend the whole day preparing your weekly meals.
